Positive: The property is located extremely near to the beach so close you can hear the waves and the view was fantastic. The place was clean and very comfortable. We had a very thoughtful fruit basket and some treats for our arrival. Some items were readily available at the property which meant not having to buy things.
Negative: There is nothing for us to dislike, however, a few more accessible bars/cafe/restaurants would have been nice, but we had a car and didn’t mind the leisurely stroll along the board walk in either direction.
Summary: A beautiful & comfortable apartment on the beach.

Positive: We were warmly greeted by Maria who showed us around the nicely appointed apartment. Javier and Maria left us a fruit basket along with tapas and wine. Maria told us she was going to the grocery store and offered to buy us what we needed. We asked for some milk but she also bought us some rolls. Javier knew that we weren't going to pick up our car until the next day so he offered to drive us into town to have dinner, and gave us recommendations based on our food preferences. We couldn't figure out how to operate the stove and Javier was there to show us within a few minutes of sending him a message. He also offered to go to the grocery store again. In short, these were the best hosts we have ever encountered and we've traveled A LOT. We really enjoyed dining on the upper covered patio with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The location is far from town so a car is recommended. It does offer a beach with the opportunity to take long walks in either direction. There are two pools but you have to bring your own chairs. The apartment came with two beach chairs, an umbrella and plenty of beach towels.
Negative: Nothing. It was perfect

Positive: Wonderful host with excellent communication. The place is beautifully decorated, well-equipped, perfectly located near the best part of the beach, and offers stunning views. The hosts are warm, welcoming, and go above and beyond to help.
Negative: You need to have a car in this area, 15 min to the town centre and 5 min drive to nearest supermarket, or 20 min walking and crossing a highway.

Positive: Javier was very helpful and loved that you could see and hear the sea from our terrace. Easy to access beach for a swim which we did which was lovely. Would definitely return.

Positive: Everything was perfect. Better than the describtion. There was a nice fruitbasket at arrival as well as water and Wine in the fritz. The place is more butiful than the pictures describe. Far from the tourist trap but close enough to enjoy estepona. Nice, quiet and authentic.
